Classic King/Twin Terrace and Courtyard Rooms feature their own private outdoor area —either an enclosed courtyard or a front-facing patio offering 23m² of comfortable space.
Guests can choose between twin beds or a super-king-size bed, with space for an additional bed if required.
To further enhance our dog-friendly stays, these ground-floor rooms have recently been upgraded with laminate flooring throughout, providing a more hygienic surface that can be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after every four-legged guest’s visit.
Classic Seaview King/Twin Room
Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in one of our Classic Seaview King or Twin Bedded Rooms. Our sea view twin bedded rooms have a comfortable area of 23M2 and our sea view doubles offer a king size bed and a spacious 27M2.

Our luxury Penthouse Suite, located on the top floor of our beachfront hotel, is a well appointed apartment with a large private balcony and stunning panoramic sea views over Felpham and Bognor Regis Beach.
Beach Hut Suites
Built in 2019, the characterful design of each Beach Hut exterior is reminiscent of traditional seaside charm. The interiors are contemporary and luxurious with comfortable bright furnishings. Wall to Wall bi-fold glass doors open out to a private terrace metres from the beach.
