A second family friendly bedroom with bunk beds comes equipped with bucket & spade and net for beach side activities and sits adjacent to the luxury shower room with rain shower, sumptuous bathrobes and towels & toiletries.

A stylish lounge area with corner sofa, Netflix-enabled smart TV and family friendly board games. Home from home touches with Nespresso coffee machine and pods, a Smeg kettle with selection of teas & Bottle of Rose & Decanter of Sloe Gin along with some soft drinks and snacks.

Private parking facilities to the rear with electric car charging point, use of 2 adult bikes complimentary and facilities to store the kiddies bikes.
