We hope that your stay with us will be an enjoyable one.

This folder should provide you with some useful information, but should you need any assistance please contact the Reception, by dialling ‘0’ who will do their best to help from 7am to 10pm. For out of hours assistance please contact the Duty Manager, contact details overleaf.

General Information

EMERGENCIES: If you are unable to find a member of staff to render assistance in an EMERGENCY, Lift telephone receiver dial 827142. Please DO NOT use this facility for anything other than a real emergency, ie: Doctor or Ambulance, Flooding from plumbing, etc.

FIRE NOTICE: Please read the Fire Notice on the back of the room door carefully and familiarise yourself with the locality of Emergency Exits and Alarm Call Points.

DUTY MANAGER: For urgent enquiries outside those times please contact 07562 288464 For the duty manager as for emergencies above.

DEPARTURES: Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure. Late departures will be charged the full overnight rate unless by other arrangement with Reception.

KEYS: PLEASE KEEP YOUR PLASTIC KEY CARD WITH 
YOU AT ALL TIMES. It enables you 24-hour access to the Hotel. Keep away from any magnets, phones, keys etc.

INDOOR PUBLIC AREAS: We kindly request that you refrain from lounging in pool/beachwear in these areas, and that footwear is worn at all times.

SWIMMING POOL: OPEN BETWEEN: – 7.00am & 9.00pm every day.

A key is required to enter the pool, which must be signed for, obtainable from Reception.

In the interest of other guests please enjoy the pool quietly.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by parents or a responsible adult at all times.

Please wear footwear to and from the pool.

Please dry yourself before returning to the hotel areas.

TOWELS/BLANKETS: Must not be removed from the hotel bedrooms, additional supplies and pillows available from Reception or Duty Manager.

NEWSPAPERS: Please order before 8pm at Reception. They will be delivered to your room in the morning.

VALUABLES: The management cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to valuables belonging to guests, unless deposited with us for safe keeping, and a receipt retained. Please ask Reception. This service is available 7am to 10pm.

24 HOUR HOTEL ACCESS: The front door is locked from 11pm to 7am. Your room key opens the front door. In the event of a lost key, please use the lobby phone to contact the Duty Manager.

Any items borrowed can be kept for the duration of your stay. Please be aware that other guests may need the equipment loaned on some occasions.

CHURCH SERVICES:
Church of England – St. Mary’s, Felpham Road – Sun 8.00am 9.30am & 11:00am

Roman Catholic – Our Lady of Sorrow, Clarence Road – Sun 8.00am, 10am & 6pm

Methodist – Bognor, Waterloo Square – Sun 10.00am, 10.30 & 6.30pm

ROOM HEATING: The heating in all bedrooms and bathrooms is individually adjustable at source, any problems please contact Reception. Supplementary heating is available on request. Fans are also available during summer months.

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY: Electrical sockets in your room are on 24 hours.

LAUNDRY SERVICE: Available through Reception 7am – 10pm. Turn around is 1 – 2 working days. Please find a laundry bag and list in the drawer in your room. A coin operated Launderette is situated in Felpham Village, 600 metres from the Hotel.

Superfast fibre broadband available throughout all guest bedrooms and public areas completely free of charge.
Our wireless is monitored externally 24hrs a day if you have any issues, please contact reception.

TELEVISION: Freeview television is available in all rooms. Please contact reception if you require further information.

WATER: The tap water in the hotel is safe to drink. Bottled water is available for sale from the bar during the day. A complimentary can of sparkling water will be in your room on arrival.

COFFEE & TEA: Facilities are available in your room to make tea or coffee. Hot Chocolate is available upon request. In some rooms tea and coffee facilities can be found in the wardrobes.

CREDIT CARDS: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Amex

CURRENCY EXCHANGE: Available from the local Bognor Post Office which is open Mon – Fri 09:30 – 17:30 and Sat 09:30 – 12:30. Please contact reception for directions.

LUGGAGE: We can give 24hr assistance with your luggage. Between the hours of 7am and 10pm, please ask at Reception. Luggage storage is available during your stay and up to 6 hours after check out, please also ask at Reception. Outside these hours, please contact the Duty Manager.

PHOTOCOPIES: Available from Reception.

TOILETRIES: A range of toiletries are provided free of charge in your room which include: Face Cloths, Shower Caps, Shampoo, Shower Gel & Soap. Additional items are available from Reception.

NO SMOKING POLICY: We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. If, however you decide to smoke we will bill your credit card £150 which is the cost of airing the room and deep cleaning.
